Adjust the thickness from 1mm up to 7.5mm across 4 settings, or switch to fine or thick shredding, using a single blade-adjustment knob — no loose blades to swap out or lose. The oversized stainless steel platform makes it easy to slide food through cleanly.

Built from food-grade PC and stainless steel, with non-slip feet that fold flat for storage, and fully dishwasher safe.
