How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add the items you like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using all major payment methods.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within a short window after purchase. Please contact us at support@avertta.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Will I receive a confirmation after ordering?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. No minimum order value is required. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 8 to 15 business days. The estimated total from order placement to delivery is 9 to 18 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Our products are shipped from outside the United Kingdom. The following rules apply:
- Orders under £135 — no customs duties. VAT is collected at checkout.
- Orders over £135 — customs duties and import VAT may be charged by the courier upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend keeping your order value under £135.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the issue persists, contact us at support@avertta.com and we will investigate with the courier. If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost on the way back to us.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are not refunded.
My item arrived damaged or broken. What do I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us at support@avertta.com within 14 days of delivery and include the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the outer packaging
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
We will send you a replacement at no additional cost once your claim is verified.

What are your customer service hours?
Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 CET. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 to 2 business days.
