SHIPPING POLICY

  1. WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including:

  • England

  • Scotland

  • Wales

  • Northern Ireland

We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United Kingdom.

We are also unable to ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  1. HANDLING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days for most orders.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

  1. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

  • UK Delivery: 3–8 business days

  • Selected UK courier routes: 4–10 business days

  • Express Delivery: 5–12 business days

  • Standard Delivery: 9–16 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, courier operations, and selected shipping method.

We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

  • Standard Shipping: Free

  • Express Shipping: Free

Shipping costs are automatically applied at checkout at no additional charge.

  1. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use trusted courier and logistics partners including:

  • Evri

  • CJPacket

  • Other regional delivery partners where applicable

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  1. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number.

You can track your package at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

  1. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We are unable to ship to:

  • Locations outside the United Kingdom

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

Additionally, some products may be shipped from international fulfilment centres. For orders above £135, customs duties, import VAT, or courier handling charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
