We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- The item is not marked as a final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@avertta.com within your 14-day return window. Include your order number and the reason for your return in your message.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to send your item back to us.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return and ensuring your item is well packaged, as we are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit back to us.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that only the product cost is refunded. Original shipping charges are not included.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or does not function as intended, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
To process a defective item claim, please send the following to support@avertta.com:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the outer packaging, including any visible damage
- A clear photo of the product itself, showing the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted without the required images may not be eligible for a replacement. Images must be provided within 14 days of your delivery date.
LOST OR DAMAGED RETURNS
If your return is lost in transit on its way back to us, we will issue a full refund provided you can supply proof of postage.
If your return arrives damaged, the following applies:
- If the item was well packaged (confirmed by photos taken before sending), a full refund will be issued.
- If the item was not adequately packaged and arrived damaged as a result, we may be unable to process a refund. We strongly recommend taking photos of your packaged return before handing it to the carrier.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Items returned outside of the 14-day return window
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery
- Items returned without their original packaging or with missing components
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately.
